THREE HOUSES IN THE HISTORIC VILLAGE CENTER OF BRÁZDIM

TŘI DOMY BRÁZDIM  project is located 4 km northeast of the Prague border and 6 km from the city center of Brandýs nad Labem. The village is situated below the Kuchyňka natural monument, through which passes a yellow-marked hiking trail.

There are several walking trails in the area and a large football field right next to the development project. The village has a municipal office, grocery store and a playground. The nearest elementary school with kindergarten is located in Velká Brázdim, only 900 meters away, along a dirt road between fields. In the village you can also find the Zásilkovna delivery boxes and of course use online food deliveries services such as Rohlík, Košík and others. 

The village is connected to Prague by a regular bus line 377, which takes you to Globus Čakovice in 17 minutes, to OC Letňany in 20 minutes, and to the Letňany metro station in 25 minutes.

In 2030, the higway D0, the outer ring around Prague is to be completed. The highway will be located about 3 km from the village of Brázdim. Furthermore, the construction of a "train-tram" line is in preparation, which will connect Brandýs nad Labem and the center of Prague. The nearest train stop will be in the village of Přezletice, which is about 4 km away.
